Kids on the Net offers a range of camps for a range of abilities, age groups for the summer of 2000! They are listed here with a description, to help you decide which camp best suits your child's needs.

For children who are new to Kids on the Net, this is the camp to get you started! It is a two week program, in which half of the time is spent in the computer lab learning about computers and the internet, and the other half of the time is spent doing projects in Science and introductory robotics! A great time will be had by all, at this groovy beginner camp!!

Dates for summer 2000:

July 3-14, 2000 - Iqaluit, NT

Cost: $50.00 per week

For those of you who have already done an Introductory camp, Advanced camp is the next step! This is a one week program, usually immediately following the Introductory camp, for those who wish to continue in the Kids on the Net program. Again, half the time is spent with computers working on advanced web page design, among other things, and the other half of the time is spent on Sciecne and technology projects, such as robotics, tearing apart computers, individual and team projects, such as building boats out of cardboard and duct tape - they have to hold 2 people (!) - and then racing them at the swimming pool!

Dates for Summer 1999:

July 31- Aug. 4, 2000 - Iqaluit, NT

Cost: $50.00 per week
