Here is a testimony from someone who has recently come into the kingdom because a believer began to ask the Lord to help them in witnessing:

"I had been searching all my life for purpose and happiness, when I moved to Millbrook, Ontario in April 1992. I was involved heavily in the New Age Movement, but it was not filling that emptiness inside. By July I was very lonely; the only people I knew were as desperately unhappy as I was. I prayed to God (as I had been doing for years - thinking I knew Him) for a friend that I could talk to about "spiritual things"; my all consuming interest.

In August I met Debbie in the park, and we chatted about our children. Walking home, I really felt as if I'd met a friend-to-be and one week later we got together for tea. Since that day when Debbie witnessed to me, I have found the peace and joy that goes beyond all understanding.

I accepted Jesus into my heart on September 3, 1992 and I am privileged to serve as a witness to His mercy and precious love for us. My young daughter and I now sing songs about Jesus; we have a family in Christ; a church and a community. The Lord loves us and I thank God every day that He heard my prayer, even before I knew Him.

You see, you may not yet know the Lord, but He knows you and most important, He loves you! No matter who you are, or what you've done, He wants to save you! All you have to do is ask Him for help!
